Shipping Info

We currently ship our orders to addresses in Canada and the United States.

Purchases will generally be shipped via Canada Post and USPS. Alternative couriers may be used depending on the shipping address and situation.

All our orders are shipped out from Ontario, Canada.

Shipping

We offer free shipping for all orders without any minimum purchase amount.

Orders to Canada are generally delivered within 2 to 5 business days but may take longer depending on the shipping address.

Orders to the United States are generally delivered within 4 to 8 business days but may take longer depending on the shipping address.

Returns & Refunds

Purchases can be returned provided that each item is in its original condition and packaging received.

Please be advised that you may be responsible for any fees associated with returning and/or refunding of the purchase.

Generally, defects, damaged goods, and wrong orders will be fully reimbursed including return shipping.

Please contact us within 15 days of receiving the item(s) with pictures and description of the issues associated with the purchases. Each issue will be handled on a case by case basis and will be responded to as soon as possible.
